William R. South, CPA, joined our firm in September, 2006.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Bill holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of Oklahoma.   Bill has worked in accounting for over 20 years, with a primary emphasis in the audit area.  Bill is a member of our audit team; he has experience in rural electric cooperative audits, HUD audits, construction audits, bank audits, and other audits.
